The Account Manager will be responsible for ongoing communication and creation of marketing strategy with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of dental marketing concepts, SEO, Paid Search, and general marketing strategy. Our clients look to us to walk them through these processes, answer their questions, and advise them on best practices.
This is a full time, salaried position. Salary commensurate with experience.
Start-up environment within a stable company. We have a foosball table (with an ongoing competition) and beer in the fridge. We have “official” monthly happy hours with “unofficial” ones throughout the week.
We’ll pay for you to go to relevant conferences. We don’t believe in making employees stay “in their box” and encourage everyone to spend time on professional growth and development. In the past year, we’ve attended conferences in Seattle, Breckenridge, and Denver.

Reviewing marketing performance of dental practices on a consistent basis
Responding to phone and email communication from clients in a timely, professional manner
Advocate for and problem solve for clients
Educate clients on effective marketing strategy/best practices
Work with our internal team to complete client requests
Upselling clients with needed, relevant services
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand website traffic analysis tools such as Google Analytics
Creative problem solving ability
Ability to set and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of Google Applications (Gmail, Drive, etc)
Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter and other Social Media outlets
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
1-2 years minimum experience with dental marketing and/or account management
College degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Haves
Experience implementing offline marketing strategy for dental practices
Worked on digital presence for dental practices or have working knowledge of digital concepts
