The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned non-profit entity. FS-ISAC provides vital information to the financial services sector to assist financial firms in protecting their critical infrastructure assets and confidential information. The Sales Representative is part of the team responsible for revenue generation and growth at FS-ISAC and reports into the SVP of Sales and Marketing. This position is characterized by strong communication, research and project management skills. The Sales Representative is responsible for navigating multiple databases and ensuring data integrity always.
Conduct sales calls/campaigns to generate new revenue from financial services organizations globally.
Responsible for lead generation and strategy to grow memberships in the U.S. along with upgrades.
Run pipeline calls with global representatives in each region and manage/ensure account progress, offer strategy and help in final stages to close and execute.
Global Representatives in; Canada, UK, Continental Europe, Middle East & North Africa, Asia-Pacific, Japan, Latin America.
Ensuring timely follow on agreements and POC form working closely with administrative support
Work closely with Global Managing Director on country-wide deals.
Proactively initiate and nurture campaigns into interested prospects.
Ability to interact successfully via phone and email with senior executives.
Researching, identifying and vetting new prospects and contacts using LinkedIn, member and vendor/Affiliate referrals, and other search engine tools.
Willingness to cold call and prospect utilizing best practices of referrals and other methods.
Utilizing Hoovers plus other data sources to vet and evaluate new inbound large tier leads and following up with details on joining.
Work closely with Admin to vet, evaluate and follow up with new inbound small tier leads.
Send action items to internal departments and record all notes Salesforce.
Internal Department Support:
Working with Business Relations Management team, Global Representatives, Community Owners, Communications Team and necessary internal departments to ensure cross functionality and answer any non-revenue generating needs or questions.
Work closely with Marketing/Communications team to develop campaigns.
Attend Summits, regional meetings and other events with heavy prospect attendance.
Personalized email/phone campaigns to drive revenue and increase prospect event registrations.

Manage sales and marketing databases by:
Documenting all sales conversations in Salesforce.
Entering data and cleaning prospect data utilizing Salesforce, Hoovers and other systems.
Creating and utilizing reports and list pulls for data and marketing sends.
Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Understanding procedural or data integrity pains and address with potential solutions.
Perform other assignments as needed.

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of three years of sales experience and customer service
Knowledge of financial industry a plus
Technology Applications and Platforms
Experience in Marketing or Sales database administration.
Familiar with Sales Force, LinkedIn, Pardot, Skype and the ability to move around in a portal.
Proficient in MS Office365 applications including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
