Job Description
Responsible for web production and offline design, and all of its necessary components, such as print and online graphic design, desktop publishing, creating documents, and creating a unified WOMMA theme throughout all. Manages WOMMA's complete online presence: blog; homepage; subsidiary pages; and buyers guide. Our ideal candidate will also possess project management and user interface experience that will be critical to increasing traffic and visitor engagement on the WOMMA site. In addition, manager of and responsible for the technical and coding underpinnings of the WOMMA Member Center, WOMMA Board GroupHub, SubscriberMail, Google Analytics and Twitter Page. Collaborate with staff team on graphic and design needs for various projects. Create and manage all of WOMMA's graphic needs and work in conjunction with marketing staff to accomplish this.

Web Management -Responsible for quality control for WOMMA.co graphics and code, including HTML, Java, Flash, Video, Podcasts, Webinars and Images with strong attention to detail -Prepare newsletter HTML templates -Responsible for the design of future WOMMA webpages -Basic understanding of e-commerce -Conduct necessary research to assist staff in making informed decisions about website projects -Assist staff in testing website enhancements and applications prior to deployment -Update staff on key website development projects -Conduct training for staff on website-related issues -Monitor WOMMA site and makes recommendations for procedures that will enhance user experience -Actively identify and troubleshoot site problems -Actively analyze site usefulness and proposes/implements site improvements.

Website Measurement and Analysis: - Develop testing and measurement plans - Create and maintain key metric reports - Analyze online user behavior to provide recommendations to improve website performance and business objectives - Report on key business metrics for the various WOMMA initiatives including membership and non dues revenue streams on a regular basis.

SEO/SEM - Help establish SEO practices and educate staff - Develop SEO recommendations including keyword phrase audit and strategy - Create metadata descriptions and conduct navigation and link analysis - Identify URL structure problems and resolve issues stemming from coding - Develop and implement traffic generation program including SEO and link-building strategy


Requirements
Possession of excellent written, oral communication, critical thinking and presentation skills Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Self-motivated with effective customer service and relationship-building skills Experience in managing the production phase of the editorial and design process in digital communications, including web sites, e-newsletters, blogs, etc. Team leader, able to work directly with vendor and WOMMA member companies. Take initiative and work independently and with a small team Communicate effectively Must be able to wear multiple hats Occasional travel may be required
