Three full-time, tenure-track Business Administration Faculty: Accounting (2 positions) and Marketing/Management (1 position).
Two candidates will have the primary responsibility of teaching undergraduate accounting courses. The third will be responsible primarily for undergraduate management/marketing courses. Other responsibilities for all positions include assisting with the internship program, mentoring, advising, recruiting, serving on committees, and additional duties as assigned. The department of business administration is committed to teaching the concepts of biblical stewardship in all aspects of its program. Tabor College offers a business administration major with concentrations in accounting/finance, management, marketing, agricultural business, and sport marketing/management.
M.A., M.B.A. required. Terminal degree preferred. CPA preferred for accounting positions. Direct business experience that can facilitate practical application of subjects required. Commitment to teaching and service in the context of a Christian liberal arts college is essential. A creative approach to innovation and program development highly desired.
