Provides strategic consultation on email creative and content strategy. Creates e-mail campaigns and surveys to improve the end-to-end customer experience. Develops email marketing campaigns that utilize dynamic content for targeted market segments to improve open, click and conversion rates.
Responsibilities 1. Creates, coordinates, and deploys e-mail campaigns and surveys utilizing dynamic content to support strategies and tactics to improve the end-to-end customer experience. 2. Manages the html coding and data file setup for all company email campaigns. 3. Evaluates email campaigns in order to optimize performance. 4. Manages marketing vendors including negotiating pricing and coordinating the vendor's statement of work as they relate to both annual agreements and ad-hoc projects. 5. Analyzes email metrics and creates reports for stakeholder groups. 6. Ensures email marketing standards comply with legal, marketing and technical requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Master's degree preferred * E-mail, B2B and B2C marketing experience strongly preferred * Experience with email marketing tools/providers and CRM software preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of marketing principles and practices * Business writing skills * Public-speaking and presentation skills * Project management * Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
